Connecting Service Fusion lets your field-service work drive your mail. A job or estimate can queue a postcard campaign around that job site, leads from your postcards land back in Service Fusion as customers, and sold estimates book revenue against the campaign that earned them.

What you get

  • Triggers — the events that can start a campaign:
    • Job created
    • Job reaches a status (picked from a dropdown of your real job statuses)
    • Job completed (closed)
    • Estimate sold — the estimate reaches a status you type, with suggestions from your recent estimates
    • Customer created
  • Revenue tracking — revenue books when an estimate reaches one of your sold statuses, which you choose in the setup wizard. The wizard says: “Revenue books when an estimate reaches a sold status.”
  • Lead delivery — when someone scans your postcard and fills in the landing page form, Mailr creates a customer with a primary contact and a primary service location in one step. Leads are matched by email first, then phone, so a resubmitted form doesn’t create a duplicate. Extra answers go into private notes with a “Created by Mailr” breadcrumb.

Connect Service Fusion

Only the workspace Owner can connect a CRM. See Team & roles.
1

In Mailr, open Automations

Go to Campaigns → Automations in the Mailr app and find Service Fusion under CRM Connection. Clicking a tile only opens its panel — nothing connects until you press the Connect button inside.
2

Generate a consumer in Service Fusion

Go to My Office → Developer Settings → OAuth Consumer, generate a consumer, and copy both its Client ID and Client Secret. There’s no login screen for this connection — treat the pair as a two-part API key, and copy both from the same consumer.
3

Paste both values into Mailr

Press Connect Service Fusion and paste them. The dialog reads: “In Service Fusion, go to My Office → Developer Settings → OAuth Consumer, generate a consumer, and paste its Client ID and Client Secret here. We exchange them for a token and check your account before saving.” Bad credentials never save.
4

Pick your sold estimate statuses

The setup wizard opens on its own: Leads → Job address → Tracking. On the Tracking step, choose the estimate statuses your team uses to mean “sold”. The connected panel nudges you too: “review setup to pick your sold estimate statuses.”
If you don’t pick any sold estimate statuses, revenue never books. Service Fusion lets you type estimate statuses freely, so Mailr has no way to guess which of yours means “sold”. Open Review setup on the Service Fusion panel and choose them — otherwise your results will show scans and leads but no revenue.

How syncing works

Service Fusion is checked hourly. The in-app line reads: “Checked hourly (near-real-time is the fastest Service Fusion supports).” Hourly means a campaign can be queued up to an hour after the event. automated campaigns use a design you’ve already approved and are reviewed by Mailr before anything mails.
The clock starts the moment you connect. Jobs and estimates that closed before you connected never trigger a campaign. To test it, sell a fresh estimate after connecting.

Disconnect or reconnect

Disconnecting stops lead sync and campaign triggers and deletes the stored credentials. Your settings — including your sold statuses — are kept, so reconnecting later picks up where you left off, and campaign history, leads and results are never deleted. To invalidate the credentials completely, delete the OAuth Consumer in My Office → Developer Settings.

Notes & limits

  • Estimate status matching ignores capitalization, so type the status the way it reads in Service Fusion and don’t worry about case.
  • Mailr can’t create a “Mailr” referral source for you. Create it in Service Fusion first if you want delivered leads labelled with it.
  • Postcards mail around each job’s job-site address.
  • Importing past work for a reactivation campaign pulls completed jobs, or your customers.
