Only the workspace Owner can save changes here. Staff and Members can read every setting. If you bookmarked the old
/designs/settings link, it now redirects to this page.Industry
“Your industry determines which postcard designs and landing pages are available for your campaigns.” The Industry vertical dropdown starts unset, with the placeholder “Select your industry…”. Until you choose one, Mailr falls back to a general default. Picking the right vertical changes which postcard designs and landing pages you’re offered in the campaign builder and the design templates gallery.Organization Settings
These control who Mailr will mail and where your notifications go.Email notifications
Five checkboxes, all on by default:- New lead captured
- Campaign mailed (postcards submitted for printing)
- Low credit balance warning
- Automation held — needs credits
- Weekly report (Mondays)
Tracking Pixels
“These pixels fire on all of your organization’s landing pages so you can retarget visitors. They send a page-view plus a lead-conversion event when a visitor submits the form. Changes apply immediately, including pages already mailed. Leave a field blank to disable that pixel.”
Because changes apply immediately — including to postcards already in the mail — a pixel you add today starts collecting on cards that were printed weeks ago.
Saving
One Save button at the bottom of the page covers every section. A green Saved confirmation appears for a couple of seconds. If something is wrong, the error shows inline next to Save — for example a pixel that doesn’t match the expected format, or “organization settings require owner permission.”When it works, you’ll see Saved appear next to the button. If Save doesn’t stick, ask your Owner: only Owners can change workspace settings. See Team & roles.
