Brand kit

Your brand kit is your logo library, colors, company details, industries, and showcase photos. Every postcard design and landing page pulls from it automatically. Find it at Designs → Brand kit; old /brand-setup links redirect here. Save changes sits in the page header and stays disabled until something changes.

Import your brand in one click

Replace or Augment

The MODE radio applies to both tabs:

• Replace existing data — “Overwrites company details, colors, logos, and showcase photos with what we find.”
• Augment existing data — “Only fills empty fields and adds new colors and photos — nothing is removed.”

Use Augment once you’ve made edits by hand; use Replace when you’ve rebranded or the first import got it wrong. After an import you’ll see a summary line and a ↻ Refresh from website link, plus a strip reading “Not yet confirmed — review the details below, then save to confirm your brand kit.” Nothing is confirmed until you save.

Company details

“These may appear verbatim on your designs.” Four fields: Company name (required to save), Website, Location (your city — the placeholder reads e.g. Austin), and Phone number, which auto-formats when you tab out.

Industry

“Up to four. They drive template matching.” Use ＋ Add to pick chips; a counter shows “N of 4 selected”, with Clear and Done. Your picks decide which postcard designs Mailr matches you to.

Colors

“Drag to reorder — the top color is your primary. Edit the value, name, or role for any color.” Each row has a drag handle, a swatch, an eyedropper, a hex field, a name field, and a Role dropdown: Primary, Secondary, Accent, or Neutral. Only one color can be Primary and one Secondary; setting a role reorders the list. ＋ Add color adds a row. The eyedropper samples a color out of one of your logos — with no logo uploaded it’s disabled and reads “Upload a logo to pick colors from it.”

Logos

“Your logo library. The default logo is used for new designs.” Four slots: Default logo, Secondary logo, Dark logo, and Mascot / symbol. Use ＋ Upload logo or the ＋ Add logo tile, which asks “WHICH LOGO IS THIS?” Every non-default slot has a × to remove it and a Make default button that swaps it with the current default. After an upload, Mailr may offer a background-removed version as a one-click swap — handy when your logo came off your site with a white box behind it.

Landing page browser tab

“How your public QR-scan page shows up in the browser tab.”

• Tab title — max 80 characters, defaults to your company name. “Shown as the browser-tab title when someone scans your QR code.”
• Favicon — Upload, Replace, or Remove. “Square images work best.” Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, WEBP, and SVG. .ico and .gif files are rejected.

Showcase images

Showcase images are photos of your past work that Mailr can pull from when designing postcards and landing pages. Photos found on your website are pre-selected: “click to include or exclude, then save.” Each tile toggles between Included — click to exclude and Excluded — click to include. ＋ Add image uploads your own, several at a time. The limit is 60 images; past it you’ll see “Showcase is capped at 60 images — N were left out.”

Google reviews

“Import your Google reviews for your landing pages.” Pick your business from the candidate list — each shows a name, address, rating, review count, and sometimes a Matches your site badge — then press Import reviews. The status runs from “Import queued…” through “Importing your Google reviews — this takes a minute or two…” to “N reviews imported — manage them in Landing pages.” If it fails, import them later from Landing pages. × dismisses the card.

Save

The bottom bar shows UNSAVED CHANGES or BRAND KIT READY with a summary of your company details, colors, logos, and showcase images. Press Save and continue → to save and move on to the design templates gallery, or Save changes in the header to stay put.
