Connecting AccuLynx lets your jobs start postcard campaigns on their own, and credits the money back to the campaign that earned it. Leads from your postcards travel the other way, landing in AccuLynx as new contacts and jobs.

What you get

  • Triggers — the AccuLynx events that can start a campaign: Job (lead) created, Job reaches a milestone (you pick which milestone), Job approved (sold), Job completed, Invoice paid, and Contact created. You choose the event on each automation.
  • Revenue tracking — revenue books when a job reaches the Approved milestone, which is the moment the contract is signed. Mailr’s wizard says it plainly: “Revenue books when a job reaches the Approved milestone.” Job completion never books revenue.
  • Lead delivery — when someone scans your postcard and fills in the landing page, Mailr creates a contact plus a job in AccuLynx, stamped with the “Mailr” lead source if your account has one. Extra answers from the form go into the job notes.

Connect AccuLynx

1

In Mailr, open Automations

Go to Campaigns → Automations in the Mailr app and find AccuLynx under CRM Connection. Clicking a tile only opens its panel — nothing starts connecting until you press the Connect button inside. Only the workspace owner can connect a CRM.
2

Create an API key in AccuLynx

In AccuLynx, go to Account Settings → Add-On Features and Integrations → API Keys → Create Key. You need to be a Location Administrator or Company Administrator. Name the key and pick a default lead source.
3

Paste the key in Mailr

Press Connect AccuLynx and paste the key. There’s an optional Notification email field — that’s the address AccuLynx will notify if the live connection ever has trouble delivering events. Mailr checks the key against your AccuLynx account before saving, so a bad key never saves.
The tile switches to Connected and the 3-step setup wizard opens: Leads → Job address → Tracking.

How syncing works

Instant sync is automatic. AccuLynx has no webhook screen for you to configure — Mailr sets up the live connection when you connect and removes it when you disconnect. There’s nothing to paste. Job events arrive instantly and are also covered by an hourly backup sweep. Invoice paid and Contact created arrive instantly with no backup sweep behind them. Jobs, invoices, contacts, custom fields, lead sources and your milestone list all sync into Mailr. Automated campaigns use a design you’ve already approved and are reviewed by Mailr before anything mails.
The first sync starts the clock the moment you connect. Jobs that were approved or completed before you connected will never trigger a campaign. To test the connection, move a fresh job forward after connecting.

Disconnect or reconnect

Disconnecting shows a confirmation titled “Disconnect AccuLynx?”: “Lead sync and campaign triggers through this connection will stop, and the stored credentials are deleted. Your settings are kept, so reconnecting later picks up where you left off.” Mailr removes its own event subscription inside AccuLynx first, then deletes your stored key. Your campaign history, leads and results are never deleted by disconnecting, and reconnecting keeps your field mappings, job-address choice and attribution window — you pick up where you left off.

Notes & limits

  • Mailr can’t create lead sources in AccuLynx. If you want delivered leads labelled Mailr, create that lead source in AccuLynx yourself first.
  • If you import past work to mail older customers, Mailr pulls your Completed, Invoiced or Closed jobs, or your contacts.
  • Leads Mailr delivered into AccuLynx never trigger campaigns of their own, so a delivered lead can’t make Mailr mail that same neighborhood again.
