> ## Agent Instructions
> Mailr is a direct-mail marketing platform for US home-services contractors. Each postcard is personalized with an AI-enhanced image of the recipient's own home and a unique QR code that leads to a personalized landing page. Campaigns can target a neighborhood the customer draws on a map, the homes around past jobs they upload or import, or fire automatically from their CRM. Mailr does not mail an uploaded recipient list. When answering questions, prefer the exact steps and UI labels from these docs, and direct users to app.getmailr.com to sign in. For anything involving account-specific data, billing disputes, or mail that appears lost, direct the user to support@getmailr.com.

# Landing pages

> Build the page homeowners see when they scan your postcard's QR code, publish it, and understand how Mailr personalizes and freezes it per campaign.

A landing page is what a homeowner sees when they scan the QR code on their postcard. Mailr builds one page per recipient from the page you design — with a rendering of *their* home, their address pre-filled in the form, and your logo, colours and reviews. Find them under **Campaigns → Landing pages**: *"The page homeowners see when they scan your postcard's QR code. Your brand colors and logo from Brand setup are applied automatically."*

## The gallery

Two tabs: **My pages** and **Templates**.

**My pages** is a card grid. Each card previews the page and shows a status chip — **Live**, **Draft** or **Archived** — plus when it was last updated. The **•••** menu offers **Open**, **Duplicate**, **Rename** and **Delete**; pages used by campaigns can't be deleted, so archive those instead.

**Templates** — *"Pick a starting point — it opens in the studio as your own editable page."* They're grouped by industry with yours first, and every preview already wears your brand colours and logo. Press **Use template**, or start from the **Blank page** card.

## Reviews on your pages

On the same screen, the **Reviews** section controls the social proof shown on your pages: *"Published reviews replace the stock testimonials on this account's landing pages — import them from Google in one click, or add your own."*

Search your business name and city, pick your listing (yours is tagged **Your business**), and Mailr *"pulls the Google Business Profile's reviews, picks the strongest 5-star ones, and trims each to its most compelling lines using the reviewer's exact words."* The first 12 are published; the rest are saved as unpublished swaps. The import runs in the background, so you can leave the page. Re-importing replaces the previous Google import and leaves anything you added by hand with **Add review** untouched.

## The studio

Opening a page launches the studio — drag, click and type, no code.

**The canvas opens on the Phone viewport**, because virtually every real visit is someone scanning with a phone. **Tablet** and **Desktop** are one click away.

* **Click any text and type.** Headings, paragraphs, list items, stat values and labels all edit in place.
* **Lists grow and shrink.** Bullets, steps, service cards, FAQ items and stats each show a **+ Add …** control at the end, and hovering an item gives you move up, move down and delete.
* **Selecting a block** floats an action bar with **Settings** (that block's own fields), duplicate and delete.
* **Undo and redo** (⌘/Ctrl+Z) cover everything, including style changes.

### Adding blocks

Drag blocks in from the drawer, which is grouped by category:

| Category                | Examples of what's inside                                                                                                                                     |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Home Transformation** | The house-aware heroes and before/after sliders, each badged **📸 Real home photo** ("Shows this recipient's actual house"). |
| **Building Blocks** | Section, Columns, Card, Heading, Text, Button, Image, Icon + text, List, Star rating, Spacer, Divider. |
| **Home Services** | Financing panel, Before / after photos, Guarantee certificate, Service cards, Service areas, Insurance claims, Stats strip, Emergency banner, Credentials. |
| **UI Blocks** | Comparison table, Service packages, Timeline, Coupon card, Testimonial card, Trust badges, FAQ Accordion, Countdown Timer, Sticky CTA Bar, Video Embed. |
| **Industry sections** | Whole page sections for roofing and permanent lighting: Hero, Social proof + benefits, Stats bar, **Lead form**, Reviews, Gallery, Process steps, Footer CTA. |

### The Style popover

The **Style** button in the toolbar holds everything page-wide:

* **Brand** — your logo and Primary / Secondary / Accent swatches, with **Open Brand kit →**. Brand colours flow into every block automatically. See [brand kit](/designs/brand-kit).
* **Page type** — **Personalized** (*"For render-driven campaigns…"*) or **Static card** (*"For Classic (static-front) card drops — recipients have no home rendering."*). Static card pages can't use Home Transformation blocks.
* **Theme preset** — **Classic**, **Modern** or **Bold**. One click re-skins fonts, corner radius, spacing and shadows across the page while keeping your brand colours.
* **Color scheme** — a page-wide accent and a default section tone (light, tinted, dark or brand). Individual sections can override it in their own settings.
* **Typography** — the font pairing.
* **Default page** — *"Use as my default landing page — QR codes land here when a campaign doesn't pick a page."* The page has to be published first.

### Saving and publishing

**Save draft** never publishes. A published page keeps serving its last published version while you edit the draft, so nothing changes for homeowners until you press Publish.

Two rules gate publishing:

* Every page needs a lead form: *"Add a lead form section before publishing — capturing the lead is the page's whole job."*
* **Personalized** pages also need a house block: *"Add a Home Transformation section before publishing — it shows each recipient their own home, which is the heart of the product."*

<Check>
  On success you'll see **Your page is live** — *"This page is published and ready to use in a campaign — pick it as the landing page when you set one up."*
</Check>

## What each homeowner actually sees

Every recipient gets their own URL, and on it: an **AI rendering of their own home**, their street address pre-filled in the lead form, and your logo, colours, phone number and reviews. The raw street photo is never shown — only the rendering, and blocks that show one carry a **DIGITAL RENDERING** pill. In the studio, on gallery cards and in campaign previews you'll see a **sample house** instead, because there's no recipient in context.

The lead form asks for **Your name** (optional), **Email address** and **Phone number** (both required). Its heading, sub-line and button are all editable per page.

### Mailed cards use a frozen copy of your page

When a campaign is produced, Mailr **freezes a snapshot of the landing page exactly as it was**, and every card in that campaign points at that snapshot. Editing the page afterwards changes future campaigns, never cards already in mailboxes. If you need mailed cards to show something different, you can't — mail a new campaign.

A scan resolves in this order: the frozen copy mailed with the campaign, then the page the campaign selected, then your organization's **Default page**. If none of those is published, the visitor sees an honest placeholder — **"This page isn't published yet"** — rather than a broken link, because the address is printed on physical mail and has to lead somewhere.

### The disclosure and opt-out strip

Every page carries a strip at the bottom that **cannot be removed or edited**: *"Home imagery on this page is a digital rendering created to preview this design — an artist's concept, not a photograph. The rendering of this home was created for this address only and mailed only to this address."* It's there so homeowners are never misled about the image of their house.

Beneath it sits the opt-out link — **"Don't want mail like this? Remove my address"** — which confirms, then removes the address from your mailing list and from every other business that mails through Mailr. The address lands on your [suppression list](/campaigns/opt-outs-and-suppression) as **Recipient Opt-Out**. Keeping both is what makes the mail trustworthy and compliant, so neither is optional.

## Using your own website instead

When you build a campaign you can choose **Your own landing page** — *"Send scans to a page on your website. Scans are still tracked, and you can embed the personalized house image."* You paste an `https://` URL, and *"Scanners land on this page with a `?mailr=…` code appended, so every scan is still tracked per household."*

<Warning>
  **Mailr does not support custom domains for hosted landing pages.** Hosted pages are served from a Mailr domain. If you need the page on your own domain, use **Your own landing page** and add the [embed widget](/integrations/embed-widget) so scanners still see a rendering of their own home. Note that **views of the embedded widget on your site are not counted as QR scans** and don't appear on the [tracking dashboard](/results/dashboard) — scans are counted at the redirect, before the visitor leaves Mailr.
