> ## Agent Instructions
> Mailr is a direct-mail marketing platform for US home-services contractors. Each postcard is personalized with an AI-enhanced image of the recipient's own home and a unique QR code that leads to a personalized landing page. Campaigns can target a neighborhood the customer draws on a map, the homes around past jobs they upload or import, or fire automatically from their CRM. Mailr does not mail an uploaded recipient list. When answering questions, prefer the exact steps and UI labels from these docs, and direct users to app.getmailr.com to sign in. For anything involving account-specific data, billing disputes, or mail that appears lost, direct the user to support@getmailr.com.

# ProLine

> Connect ProLine to Mailr to fire postcards instantly from project, quote and invoice events, deliver Web Leads, and track approved-quote revenue.

Connecting ProLine lets your projects and quotes drive your mail. A ProLine event queues a postcard campaign around that project's address, approved quotes book revenue against the campaign that earned them, and leads from your postcards flow into ProLine.

## What you get

* **Triggers** — the events that can start a campaign:
  * **Project created**
  * **Project moves to a stage**
  * **Project won**
  * **Project completed**
  * **Quote sent**
  * **Quote approved**
  * **Invoice sent**
  * **Invoice paid**
* **Revenue tracking** — revenue books when a **quote is approved**. The setup wizard says: *"Revenue books when a quote is approved."*
* **Lead delivery** — leads from your postcard landing pages are pushed into ProLine through its **Web Leads** feature. ProLine's Web Leads has no lead-source field, so Mailr marks each one with a **"Lead from Mailr"** line in the project notes.

## Connect ProLine

<Note>
  **No API key is needed.** In the connect dialog the API key field is optional — its placeholder reads *"Have it handy? Paste it to save for later."* Connect without one and you go straight to the webhook setup wizard. Triggers, revenue tracking and lead delivery all work this way. If you do paste a key later, you never have to reconnect.
</Note>

Only the workspace **Owner** can connect a CRM. See [Team & roles](/account/team-and-roles).

<Steps>
  <Step title="In Mailr, open Automations">
    Go to **Campaigns → Automations** in [the Mailr app](https://app.getmailr.com) and find **ProLine** under **CRM Connection**. Press **Connect ProLine**. You can leave the API key field empty.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn on webhooks in ProLine">
    Mailr shows a webhook URL with a copy button. Paste it into **ProLine → Integrations → API → Webhooks**, then enable **"Project Created or Updated"**, **"Quote Sent or Approved"** and **"Invoice Sent or Approved"**. The wizard's guidance: *"we recommend all three, no stage filter. This is how campaign triggers and revenue tracking fire the instant something changes."*
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add your Web Leads URL">
    Generate the URL in **ProLine → Integrations → Web Leads** and paste it into the wizard's **Leads** step. Until you do, the panel shows *"**Finish lead delivery:** add the Web Leads URL from ProLine → Integrations → Web Leads so new leads land in ProLine."*
  </Step>

  <Step title="Finish the wizard">
    Work through **Leads → Job address → Tracking** to confirm where lead details land, which address Mailr mails around, and how long a new customer at a mailed home counts as a campaign result.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Check>
  The ProLine tile reads **Connected**, and the panel confirms *"Lead delivery is on — your ProLine Web Leads URL is saved."*
</Check>

## How syncing works

ProLine **fires instantly from ProLine events**. The in-app cadence line reads: *"Fires instantly from ProLine events (keep instant sync enabled in ProLine)."* Automated campaigns use a design you've already approved and are reviewed by Mailr before anything mails.

<Warning>
  **ProLine has no hourly backup sweep.** If those three webhook types aren't enabled in **ProLine → Integrations → API → Webhooks**, nothing fires at all — no triggers and no revenue tracking. Leave all three on.
</Warning>

<Note>
  The clock starts the moment you connect. Projects and quotes that closed *before* you connected never trigger a campaign. To test it, move a fresh project after connecting.
</Note>

## Disconnect or reconnect

Disconnecting stops lead sync and campaign triggers and deletes the stored credentials. Your settings are kept, so reconnecting later picks up where you left off, and campaign history, leads and results are never deleted. Mailr can't remove the webhook inside ProLine for you — delete it yourself in **ProLine → Integrations → API → Webhooks** if you don't plan to reconnect.

## Notes & limits

* **Importing past work starts empty.** Mailr only knows about projects ProLine has told it about through webhooks, so a brand-new connection has nothing to import for a reactivation campaign. It fills up as work happens.
* Delivered leads are identified by the **"Lead from Mailr"** note on the project, not by a lead source.
