> ## Agent Instructions
> Mailr is a direct-mail marketing platform for US home-services contractors. Each postcard is personalized with an AI-enhanced image of the recipient's own home and a unique QR code that leads to a personalized landing page. Campaigns can target a neighborhood the customer draws on a map, the homes around past jobs they upload or import, or fire automatically from their CRM. Mailr does not mail an uploaded recipient list. When answering questions, prefer the exact steps and UI labels from these docs, and direct users to app.getmailr.com to sign in. For anything involving account-specific data, billing disputes, or mail that appears lost, direct the user to support@getmailr.com.

# Integrations overview

> How connecting your CRM to Mailr triggers postcards from your jobs and deals, delivers leads back, and credits revenue to the campaign that earned it.

Mailr connects to 14 systems your business already runs on — 13 CRMs plus CallRail for call tracking. Connecting one lets your own jobs, deals and quotes start mailing campaigns for you, sends the leads your postcards produce straight back into your CRM, and credits the money you make to the campaign that earned it. If your system isn't on the list, Zapier or a [custom integration](/integrations/custom) built on the Mailr Developer API does the same three jobs.

## What a connection does

A connected CRM does four jobs for you:

1. **Campaign triggers.** A CRM event — a job completed, a quote approved, a deal closed-won — queues a postcard campaign to the neighbors around that job's address. You pick the event on each automation and can add filters, so only the work you want to advertise mails. See [Automate campaigns from your CRM](/campaigns/automations).
2. **Lead delivery back into your CRM.** When someone scans a postcard and fills in the landing page form, Mailr pushes that lead into your CRM as a contact, customer or client. It's on by default, matched by email so a resubmitted form never makes a duplicate, and tagged with a "Mailr" lead source wherever your CRM has one.
3. **Attribution.** A new customer created in your CRM at an address Mailr mailed counts as a campaign result, even if they never scanned the QR code. You choose how long that credit lasts — **30 / 60 / 90 / 180 / 365 days after we mail their home**. This is your **attribution window**. See [Attribution](/results/attribution).
4. **Revenue tracking.** Revenue books at the **sold** moment — the quote, estimate or proposal approval — never at job completion. Each CRM has its own sold event, listed in its guide.

## Where connections live

Open **Campaigns → Automations** in [the Mailr app](https://app.getmailr.com) and find the **CRM Connection** section. The card is titled **Connect your CRM**:

> *"Pick your CRM and we'll walk you through setup — leads sync in, campaigns trigger from your jobs and deals, and revenue is tracked back to every mailer."*

Each provider has a tile. Clicking a tile only opens its panel — **nothing starts connecting until you press the Connect button inside the panel**, so it's safe to look around. Once connected, the tile reads **Connected**; if your credentials stop working it reads **Needs reconnect**.

Only the **organization owner** can connect, reconnect or disconnect a CRM. Everyone else sees *"Only the organization owner can connect \[CRM]."*

After you connect, a three-step setup wizard opens by itself: **Leads** (where each landing-page field lands in your CRM), **Job address** (which address Mailr mails around) and **Tracking** (your attribution window, plus checkboxes for counting new customers and tracking revenue — both on by default).

## Two things every connection does

<Warning>
  **Connecting never mails your whole customer list.** The first sync starts the clock at the moment you connect. Jobs and deals that closed *before* you connected will never fire a campaign. To test your setup, close a fresh record after connecting.
</Warning>

<Note>
  **Leads Mailr delivered can't trigger more mail.** Records Mailr itself created in your CRM never trigger postcards, never count as their own attribution, and are left out of imports of past records. A lead Mailr delivered can't make Mailr mail that lead's own neighborhood again.
</Note>

**CallRail is call tracking, not a CRM.** It doesn't trigger campaigns. It connects the tracking numbers you already pay CallRail for so that phone calls from your postcards count as results alongside scans and form leads.

Hourly means a campaign can be queued up to an hour after the event. Automated campaigns use a design you've already approved and are reviewed by Mailr before anything mails — see [Campaign statuses & timelines](/campaigns/statuses-and-timelines).

You can connect more than one CRM. Campaign triggers are chosen per automation, so you can trigger from one CRM and deliver leads into another.
